Against The Odds
Melinda is the daughter of Brynn and Luke, the Gammas of their pack. From the moment Brynn came to Alpha Mason and Luna Jara’s pack, Melinda has been the pack’s darling. From an early age, Melinda showed an ability to see things that others do not see, including giving Jara the news that brought her out of a massive depression and saved the pack. Melinda was only three years old at the time. Alpha Jonas has been the Alpha of his pack for more years than he would have liked. With the limited number of she-wolves in the pack, Jonas’s options for a mate were limited, first by the claiming process, then by the growing age difference between him and the she-wolves coming of age. Because his brother, Jared, has found his mate, Jonas, is prepared to hand over the pack to Jared’s children when they come of age. That is, until the fateful day that Melinda sparks hope inside him.
